What a pleasure it was to do an environmental portrait shoot this week, even on a day of -14℃ temperatures. The challenge was to make images that captured both the client’s personality and his institutional context before the client himself succumbed to hypothermia!
Bart Groothuis is a Dutch Member of the European Parliament, with particular expertise and particular responsibilities in the area of cybersecurity. With only the exterior of the European Parliament’s Brussels site to work with as background, I wanted to make at least one image that suggested his deep interest in digital technologies.
