The centre of attention at her baptism

I love photographs where two different things are going on. Are they connected or not?

Informal portrait of a girl in a hammock, shot during an open air concert

A great studio session with these sisters and their brother. They wanted dynamic images and I think this one nails it with their different glances.

This one-month old baby was surrounded by so much love!

Informal family portrait, shot at home.

Studio shoot for this boy’s second birthday. He moved around a lot, so I was lucky to get this nice portrait shot.

I met this little girl and her mother in Brussels’ parc royal just before Christmas to make photographs for her family. We stopped off at the guinguette for her to have a cup of hot chocolate.

A young baby with her father beside the swimming pool on a hot summer afternoon. Peep-bo!

This young couple welcomed me into their home to photograph their first child just a few weeks after the birth. We used lovely soft window light for the shoot.

This brother and sister came to the studio with their mother. We made a series of individual portraits of each of them, and at the end they spontaneously hugged. Luckily, I was quick enough to capture the moment.

I photographed this family in their home, with their new baby. They were interested in having some black and white images, and I particularly like the composition of this one.

I was photographing a family party. I think this young boy was bored by the adult conversation. I love the openness of his gaze.
